This Privacy Policy describes how Equitrova s.r.o., with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 478 921 (the "Controller", "we"), processes personal data of visitors to the equitrova.com website and persons who subscribe to our newsletter.

2. What data we process

We process data you provide voluntarily through the form (first name, last name, email address) and data collected automatically when visiting the website (IP address, device data, behavioural data obtained via cookies).

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data for the purpose of sending the newsletter about investment opportunities (legal ground: consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the fulfilment of legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and for the legitimate interest of the controller in securing the website and preventing fraud (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We retain personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but for no longer than the duration of your consent or the period required by law (e.g. accounting laws).
