These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the equitrova.com website operated by Equitrova s.r.o., Reg. No. 56 478 921, with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

1. Introductory provisions

Equitrova s.r.o. (the "Company") operates an informational website that provides information about an upcoming crowdfunding platform focused on residential real estate projects in the Slovak Republic.

2. Nature of information on the website

The information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer of investment, an offer of securities or investment advice within the meaning of Act No. 566/2001 Coll. on Securities and Investment Services.

3. Regulatory framework

The planned crowdfunding service will be provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP). In the Slovak Republic, supervision over providers is performed by the National Bank of Slovakia.

4. Newsletter and expression of interest

By submitting the form you express your interest in receiving informational emails about future investment opportunities. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or by sending an email to privacy@equitrova.com.

5. Intellectual property rights

All texts, graphics, logos, photographs and other content on the website are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Equitrova s.r.o. or its licensors. Any distribution or reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for any investment decision made on the basis of information published on the website. Investing in real estate crowdfunding projects involves the risk of partial or total loss of the invested funds.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. Consumers have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

8. Final provisions
