Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing in construction and development projects. It works by pooling your capital with other investors so you can collectively participate in real estate projects that would otherwise be difficult to access individually.
Through a digital platform multiple investors place funds into a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed targets are met, the profits are distributed among all participants proportionally to the size of their investment.
This model allows people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing buildings – which is increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development in Slovakia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer just the privilege of large developers or investment funds – today anyone interested can take part.
